The Results from the EFDSC Autumn 100s Gala 20/11 is nov available to view here

It was a very exciting competition at the Speedo round 2 at Herts. Uni. with our team and Enfield Borough "B" swapping 1st and 2nd places throughout the event - Enfield eventually beating us by 5 points.

Bonnie Megan Emma and Jessica represented EFDSC in the Essex Relays on the 30th October 2005. They swam the freestyle relay and came 3rd. Well done girls

Emma Hollis, James Hollis and Lauren Smith, competed with over 200 swimmers including some of Great Britain's top swimmers at the DSE National Short Course Championships in Sheffield. Lauren won bronze in the 100M Butterfly and silver in the 4x100 f/c relay, and James won bronze in the 100M IM. These events are open for juniors and seniors so it was a great effort. Emma, Lauren and James have all achieved qualifying times for the Eastern championships at Norwich on 26/27th Nov.

Epping win at Fulwell Cross with 13 1st, 12 2nd and 7 3rd places out of 49 events.

We won the first round of the Speedo league division 2 competition at Stevenage. Well done to all the team and coachs.

Due to a lot of excellent performances, the club won the top visiting team trophy at the Cambridge gala in July. The cup has been engraved and is on display in the foyer at Loughton Leisure Centre
